Thursday (14th February 2008)

It all started as Sara's suggestion to have a farewell for Jia Yen, Ka Mun and I. We were so close to cancelling it due to transportation problems, a problem for us, at least for me, as always. Fortunately, Sara's mum could drop us off at Centre Point while picking up her brothers, so the Bus Gang Gathering was back!

My dad wasn't very convinced because he thinks I'm sneaking out on a Valentine's date. Oh please, dad!

Ka Mun, Sara, Kai! Zen and I arrived the earliest and settled ourselves down in The Strait's Cafe. Soon, Li-lin followed by Zhen Chien and Des joined us and lastly, our victim-of-love-admirer, Jia Yen, lol.

The meal was so-so, but the company was very entertaining. That's what you get from "animals" on the loose. Anything can be everything we talked about.

Scary burial methods, eerie photographs of brains, Cartoon Network, Snow White and 7 "Short People" (Kai! Zen's term for dwarfs), the difference between "pawn" and "porn" (for my sake), Jia Yen's english name and secret admirer (well not much a secret =p) , rubbish in Australian bushes etc.

The night ended and Zhen Chien thinks the next time we meet is in 5 years time. I hope not!!

But not so for Valentine's Day.



Sara, thanks for your presents and letter (which i will read on the plane). I almost teared. They are so sincere, I know it's you. You taught me many things, unknowingly, which I follow, your great habbits. I will miss our zip in's and out's. Globe predictions. Study hard, my long-lost-but-found-again childhood friend! Be happy, continue being yourself and...dont't think so much..=p


And to KC, thanks for your wishes through call last night!



Valentine's Day ain't for couples only after all.
