Update!

Work has been hectic, 6 days a week, up to 8-12 hours a day.

Most staff have gone on leave, leaving more work and roles for the remaining ones. Busiest week ever.

Though tiring, the kids are ever sunny and my colleagues, ever warm.

"Teacher when I big big, I want to be a pilot. Want to sit on my plane? FREE wan!"

"Teacher, after Gong Xi Fa Cai holidays, I bring candies for you ok?"

"..eighteen, nineteen, twenteen!" (HAHA. cannot resist laughing at them.)

" 'Broken window' means.. ahh, I know! Means the glass got hole!"

"The meaning of 'sweet' is when I eat the food, I will smile." [my favourite]

Thankful for that =).

But.

The fact that CNY is around the corner made me realized that,

I will be going back to Melbourne soon and yet, I haven't been spending enough time with people who really matter.

And I regret that I still couldn't find time. >.<

Might need to talk to manager about quitting job earlier.

Anyway, Sara visited us at work today. Shiau Chen, Em Sara and I then went for lunch/tea after work. Had a juicy discussion about romance, studies, The Secret, myths & superstitions, future prediction and even first-hand encounters with ghost unseen beings! Thank god we talked about that in broad daylight! We even had our little adventure to Centrepoint's highest creepiest quiet floor to check that mysterious floor out!

Now that's what I call a good time-out after marking folders after folders of worksheets!

On a totally random note, I found this quote intriguing!

Ancient lovers believed a kiss would literally unite their souls, because the spirit was said to be carried in one's breath.
Eve Glicksman

Have a good week!

PS: Check out Obama's inauguration ceremony + memorial concert + ball! Cool.
PSS: Aim for the week -> venture into The Secret.
PSSS: Thanks Sara (+ mum) for the ride back and the early CNY gifts. =)
